My agreeing to this I agree that at no time will I post in social media our location. This includes posting live updates on FaceBook, Strada, Garmin, or Twitter. This is a danger to other riders. I understand if I am caught publicly announcing the ride locations I will be removed from the ride and sent home at my own cost.

In consideration of my accepting this application, I hereby for my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, release and absolve any and all officers, organizers, volunteers, members, participants, and the Tour de Force Bike Ride Inc. from and against any negligence, fault, blame or liability, for any injury, harm, misadventure, loss or damage to myself or my equipment, suffered as a result of my participation in this event. I further understand that helmets are required to be worn and any injury by the omittance of a safety-approved helmet is strictly my fault and I consider myself duly warned. I also certify that I am in good physical condition and I am able to handle the rigors of this ride. I also agree to train for this event and keep myself hydrated during all stages of the ride. I understand that this ride will not be cancelled due to weather. Submitting this application constitutes agreement with and acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
